A/B Test Ideas: Change Your CTA Size
CTA (Call to action) buttons are universally recognized as something that the end user has to do in order to complete an action like an add to cart or purchase confirmation and are universally recognized as a pillar of driving conversions.
But is there a universally recognized acceptable CTA size? There isn’t a clear consensus on what that might be, but that’s where running an experiment on a CTA size comes into play!
Things to recognize here are that it should be:
– noticeable
– obvious (duh.)
– are embedded throughout your page or app
Why we think this is a Good A/B Test:
We can’t assume what would be the ideal size for a CTA as your audience might react differently to the size of your CTA. So as long as it’s not obnoxiously big or flashy, testing out several variations can hopefully lead you to increased conversions in your funnel.
