A/B Test Idea: Utilize Chatbots to drive conversions
Chat bots were all the rage when they were popularized by companies like Drift, Intercom and Ada. They help drive conversions and point your users towards the relevant content or help book demos without any human interaction.
Depending on which page your visitor is on, you can have specific and pointed chatbot prompts and scripts to follow in order to drive the visitor towards the information they’re trying to get. If all else fails you can have a team member chat live with the visitor to help them if they have any questions outside of the scope of your chat bot’s script.
Why we think this is a Good A/B test:
It’s easy to measure and execute once you include any chatbot vendor’s code snippet in your header tag or via Google Tag manager. This will also allow you to passively qualify leads via the chatbot’s rule.
