While they might seem annoying, pop up modals can be effective in help draw attention based on context and intent.

With pop up modals, you can promote anything from a newsletter or a limited time offer, flash sale or any other promotion when a user is about to exit the website in order to potentially get a conversion.

Why we think this is a Good A/B test:

While contentious, there isn’t any clear consensus of whether they’re a must in terms of executing, but experimenting on something like this might be able to help drive your conversions, and potentially more revenue!
