Grab sends arrival push notifications with a whimsical tone

Grab is Southeast Asia’s leading ride-hailing and food delivery app, which touts itself as as “super app”, providing everyday services like deliveries, transportation, financial services and more. In this example, Grab has sent a push notification letting the user know that their ride has arrived in a fun conversational tone.
