Apple sends timely Weekly Report on your screen time

In this example, one of Apple’s newer features to help monitor your screen time, aptly named “Screen Time” sent a push notification to let the user know how much time they’ve spent in front of their screens across their Apple mobile devices.

Why we think this push notification is good:

Anything that helps the user be more aware of how they’re using their products in a glance when cultivating a habit is important in informing and reinforcing certain behaviors is good in our books. In this case, it’s less screen time and more quality time in the real world. Nice work Apple!
