A/B Test Idea: Offer in-store pick-up
When offering a free in-store pick-up option to your customers, you’re giving your customers a more convenient option that is cheaper (if you charge for shipping if they haven’t reached a free shipping threshold).
Other benefits are if there is anything with the product they pick-up, they will rest assured that they know they can exchange or return their item if it was defective or damaged in any way.

If you want to increase your sales and make sure that you are getting the most out of your website, you should consider offering a free store pick-up option. This will make it easier for people to buy from your store, and will also make it easier for them to find what they are looking for. This ties into the human need for preferring situations that they can have control over (autonomy bias), and need for certainty.
This is a win-win for both your business and your customers who are more price conscious and prefer picking up their orders in person. When providing this option, keep in mind that this is more so for your customers convenience.
