A/B Test Idea: Adding security badges / trust marks
If you’re in an industry that is risk averse, your audience might want to look for trust marks for re-assurance that you’re in compliance with some industry standard, such as ISO or in compliance with security marks from established incumbents that others can quickly understand such as Visa or Mastercard.
Why we think this is a Good A/B test:
Simply put, trust sells, and so as long as you actually do comply with your particular industry’s security standards, it’s worth experimenting on things such as trust marks to see how it might help with your conversion rate. Also, it’s really easy to execute.
