Kohl’s is a prominent American retailer with brick and mortar and e-commerce presence. In this example, Kohl’s sent a push notification to drive a promotional discount with a twist where you the user would have a chance to get 40%, 30% or 20% off to stir up interest.
Why we think this push notification is good:
The copy on this is impeccable as it’s turning it into a lottery ticket of sorts. What discount will the user get? They’ll only know if they click through and see what they get! With a discount tacked on, they could probably measure and understand what percentage discount will drive more purchases to inform future marketing campaigns. Nice work, Kohl’s Growth Team!
